Top Golf, Chigwell

This was the first development of a TopGolf Game Centre for Baydrive Limited. Lavingtons acted as Quantity Surveyors on Pavilion/Driving Range shell and fit out and the Outfield works. The game is played from 54 two storey driving bays and points scored by hitting personalised golf balls into the coloured targets.
