Kingston University – Stable Block

Lavingtons provided Project Management, Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordination on the refurbishment of an existing Victorian building within a conservation area.

Works internally included the formation of 6 Classrooms, a Common Room, a new Reception, Offices and Toilets. All external car parking was removed and replaced with a landscaped area.

The project was restricted to a very tight timescale and was ready for the commencement of the new term.
