Haven – Greenacres Owners Club

Lavingtons were appointed to provide QS services in the construction of a new Owners Lounge in North Wales.

Facilities included new seating areas, toilets and changing facilities together with a Gymnasium. An external terrace seating area was part of the project to overlook landscaped gardens.
