Lavingtons acted as Quantity Surveyors on the enabling works contract in connection with the installation of a modular building to provide a 5th Operating Theatre at their Hospital in Southampton.

Together with some internal alterations the enabling works consisted of the construction of a steel frame at the rear of the building on to which the modular building was installed.
