The Green House Hotel, Bournemouth

Following a major fire Lavingtons were instructed to provide Project Management Services for the completion of a Hotel. The fire occured during the refurbishment contract where Lavingtons were acting as Fund Monitoring Surveyors.

Immediately after the fire, Lavingtons were appointed to ensure the Hotel was completed at the earliest opportunity and to the standards required by the Client.

Noted as the ‘Greenest Hotel’ in the UK ‘Eco friendly’ was at the heart of the refurbishment with solar panels, CHP and rainwater harvesting.
