Collingwood Arms

Lavingtons were instructed to provide Quantity Surveying services on the complete refurbishment of the Hotel in Cornhill on Tweed, Northumberland.

The Hotel had fallen into disrepair and received a 21st Century makeover. As part of the refurbishment, period details were reinstated to restore the Grade II listed Georgian Building.

Tight controls were put in place to ensure costs did not exceed the Client’s budget.
